In honor of Juneteenth, we rounded up some of our favorite black-owned brands and organizations to support. Also known as “Freedom Day,” Juneteenth celebrates the day slaves were freed two years after the Emancipation Proclamation in Galveston, Texas in 1866.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2020, Juneteeth was recognized as a federal holiday. Take the day to celebrate black brands, artists, authors, organizations, and more. The Chirpyest team has highlighted a few brands below to help get you started. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
